Deposits, withdrawals and what they cost
One balance, in Australian dollars. Entry fees come out of it, prizes go into it, and it is withdrawable to the method it came from once your identity has been confirmed.

| 1. You confirm your email address | Once, from the link sent when you open the account. Payment details are only ever sent to a confirmed address — an unconfirmed one might be a typo of somebody else’s. |
| 2. You ask for a deposit | In your account. Your deposit limits are checked at this point, before you are asked to send anything. |
| 3. We send you the details | A reference — something like MVK-4F2A-9C31 — is shown immediately, and the transfer details go to your confirmed address within one business day. The destination account is not published on this site. |
| 4. You send the transfer | Quoting the reference in the message, from an account in your own name. Mark it as sent in your account if you like — it helps us find it, but it does not credit anything. |
| 5. We match it | Against the account, normally the same business day. Only now is your balance credited, and you receive a confirmation. |
Credit cards are not accepted. Deposits are subject to any limit you have set: a deposit that would breach an active limit is refused before you are asked to send anything, and a transfer that arrives after you have tightened a limit is returned rather than credited.

Verification
What we need before a first withdrawal
- A government-issued photo document showing your name and date of birth.
- A document no older than three months showing your name and residential address.
- Where the deposit method is not in your own name, evidence that it is.
Documents are handled by our identity-verification provider and deleted once the check and its retention period have run. The privacy policy sets out the detail, and the AML policy explains why the checks exist.
If verification cannot be completed, the account is limited to free contests and any deposited balance is returned to its source. A prize from a paid contest cannot be released to an unverified account.
