What we collect

Account details you give us — name, date of birth, email address, country and province of residence. Verification documents where a withdrawal requires them. Contest activity: lineups, entries, results and balance movements. Technical data: IP address, device and browser, and the pages you requested.

Why we collect it

To operate your account and settle contests, which is performance of our contract with you. To meet legal obligations on age verification, territory restriction and anti-money-laundering. To keep the service secure and to prevent multi-accounting, which is our legitimate interest.

Location data

We check the country and province associated with your connection at registration and at each paid entry. We store the result of that check, not a location history.

Sharing

With our payment provider to process deposits and withdrawals, our identity-verification provider, our esports data provider (which receives no personal data from us), and hosting and email suppliers under contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising profiling.

Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for the period our anti-money-laundering obligations require, counted from account closure. Verification documents are deleted once the check they were supplied for has been completed and the retention period has run.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, and restriction of processing. Write to the support address published on the support page. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
